Payment is accepted using major credit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover.

To respect everyone’s time and secure your spot, we require a non-refundable deposit of 50% of your scheduled service fee at the time of booking. This deposit is applied toward your service total. 

Notice Requirements

All appointments require at least a 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule.

Late Cancellations & No-Shows

• Cancellations with less than the required notice will result in the loss of the deposit, and the remaining service fee will be charged. You must book and pay a new deposit for your next appointment.

• No-show (no cancellation + no arrival) will result in the loss of your deposit, and the remaining service fee will be charged. You must book and pay a new deposit for your next appointment.

Additional Terms

• All appointments are subject to this policy.

• Please arrive at least 5 minutes early; late arrivals may be shortened or rescheduled, and may result in a loss of your deposit.

• We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who repeatedly violates these policies.
