ElectroGlow Studio, LLC – Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the website, applications, and services provided by ElectroGlow Studio, LLC (“ElectroGlow Studio,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), including consultation, face and body electrolysis, cataphoresis treatments, and related features (collectively, the “Services”). For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, “you” and “your” refer to the individual engaging with our Services. Please note that our Services are intended for users located within the United States.

ElectroGlow Studio is committed to providing a professional, safe, and transparent experience. By booking a service, submitting forms, or using our website, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Services

ElectroGlow Studio provides FDA-approved permanent hair removal through electrolysis. All treatments are performed by Licensed Electrologists and are based on individualized care. Results may vary based on individual physiology and adherence to treatment plans. 

We reserve the right to refuse service if contraindications are present or if client behavior violates our policies.

2. Appointments & Consultations

• All services are by appointment only.

• First-time consultations are free and must be scheduled in advance.

• A 50% non-refundable deposit of your scheduled service fee is required at the time of booking. This deposit is applied toward your total service cost.

• All appointments, including those booked within 24 hours, are subject to this policy.

3. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

ElectroGlow Studio requires a non-refundable deposit of 50% at booking (see Section 2). This deposit goes toward your service total.

Notice Requirements:

All appointments require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule.

Late Cancellations & No-Shows:

• Cancellations with less than the required notice will result in the loss of the deposit, and the remaining service fee will be charged. You must book and pay a new deposit for your next appointment.

• No-show (no cancellation + no arrival) will result in the loss of your deposit, and the remaining service fee will be charged. You must book and pay a new deposit for your next appointment.

Late Arrivals

15-Minute Sessions
Because this is our shortest service block, any arrival after your scheduled start time will be considered a no-show. This will result in the loss of your deposit, and the remaining service fee will be charged in full.

Sessions Longer Than 15 Minutes

• Arrivals up to 15 minutes late may receive the remaining duration of your session; however, the full session fee still applies.

• Arrivals more than 15 minutes late without prior notice will be treated as a no-show. This will result in the loss of your deposit, and the remaining service fee will be charged in full.

Additional Terms:

• Please arrive at least 5 minutes early. Late arrivals may result in a shortened session or rescheduling, may lead to loss of deposit, and a charge of the full service fee.

• ElectroGlow Studio reserves the right to refuse service to anyone who repeatedly violates these policies.

4. Payments & Refunds

• All bookings require a non-refundable deposit equal to 50% of the scheduled service fee, collected at the time of booking through our booking platform.

• Payment information must be securely stored on file through our booking platform and made on time. If a payment fails, you will be contacted and must remit payment before scheduling future appointments.

• Discounted package rates require full payment at the time of purchase. All package fees are final and non-refundable.

• Unused package sessions will convert to account credit and expire twelve (12) months from the purchase date.

• Single-session deposits are forfeited in the event of a no-show or late cancellation.

• Refunds for completed services are not provided unless required by law.

5. Promotions & Discounts

• Promotional offers (e.g., 15% off first treatment) apply only to new clients and are valid for a limited time.

• Discounts cannot be combined unless explicitly stated.

• Offers must be mentioned at the time of booking to be applied.

6. Client Responsibilities

• Clients must complete all required intake and consent forms prior to treatment.

• Accurate disclosure of health history is essential.

• Clients agree to follow pre- and post-treatment care instructions provided by ElectroGlow Studio.

7. Eligibility & Safety

• Electrolysis services are provided based on individual suitability.

• Clients must disclose relevant medical conditions, medications, or skin sensitivities during consultation.

• We reserve the right to decline treatment if it is deemed unsafe or inappropriate.

8. Privacy & Confidentiality

• All client records, information, and data are stored securely using encrypted platforms and password-protected systems. Access is limited to authorized personnel only.

• We do not share personal data with third parties without consent, except as required by law.

9. Intellectual Property

• All original content published by ElectroGlow Studio—including educational materials, branding assets, and visuals created in-house or featuring client treatments—presented on our website, external platforms, and materials is the exclusive property of ElectroGlow Studio, unless otherwise stated.

• Licensed stock images used across our website, external platforms, and materials are sourced via Canva under a valid subscription and are clearly labeled as such.

• Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of any content is strictly prohibited.

10. Limitation of Liability

ElectroGlow Studio is not liable for adverse reactions resulting from undisclosed health conditions, failure to follow care instructions, or misuse of products.

11. Updates to the Terms and Conditions

We may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
