This information is collected and stored securely via DocHub, under a Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA)-compliant Business Associate Agreement (BAA).

• Payment information: Credit card number, expiration date, and billing details are collected and processed securely via GlossGenius. ElectroGlow Studio does not store or directly access full payment card information.

All information is collected securely and used solely for scheduling, intake, service delivery, and recordkeeping. By submitting this information, you consent to its collection and use for these purposes.

3. HIPAA Compliance and Secure Data Handling

ElectroGlow Studio has executed Business Associate Agreements with:

• Google Workspace, covering services such as Gmail, Drive, Docs, Forms, and Sites

• DocHub, used privately to collect and store signed intake forms and health disclosures

These agreements ensure that PHI is handled in accordance with HIPAA, including encryption, access controls, and audit protections.

4. Third-Party Platforms and Services

ElectroGlow Studio may include links to websites or platforms operated by third parties. These external sites are not under our control, and we are not responsible for their privacy practices. We encourage you to review their privacy policies before providing any personal information.

ElectroGlow Studio uses the following platforms to manage client interactions and documentation:

• GlossGenius: Appointment scheduling, reminders, and payment processing. Payment information is governed by GlossGenius’s Privacy Policy.

• Google Workspace: Embedded Google Forms collect basic personal information (e.g., name, email, phone number). Data is governed by Google’s Privacy Policy.

• DocHub: Intake forms and health disclosures. May handle personally identifiable information (PII) and protected health information (PHI). ElectroGlow Studio has executed a Business Associate Agreement (BAA) with DocHub to ensure HIPAA-compliant data handling. Data is governed by DocHub’s Privacy Notice.

• Social Media Platforms: Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok. Interactions are governed by their respective privacy policies: Instagram's Privacy Policy, Facebook's Privacy Policy, and TikTok's Privacy Policy

These platforms may collect data such as IP address, browser type, device information, and interaction behavior when you engage with embedded content. ElectroGlow Studio does not control or access this data, nor does embedding content grant us access to personal information collected by these platforms.

ElectroGlow Studio may also display visual content created using Canva. Visual content created using Canva is static and does not transmit data to Canva’s servers.

Embedding content does not give ElectroGlow Studio access to personal data collected by these platforms. We also do not sell or share client data with unauthorized third parties. Access to all platforms is restricted to authorized personnel only.

5. Non-Personal Information

This website may collect limited, non-personally identifiable information through Google Sites, such as:

ElectroGlow Studio does not use this data for analytics, marketing, or profiling.
